By accessing and using My Homes Advocate training platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on My Homes Advocate's training platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Upon enrollment, you will have access to course materials for the duration specified. Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or share course materials without authorization
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of My Homes Advocate and protected by copyright laws.

My Homes Advocate shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms.
